Delivery Information

How much is the charge for delivery?

Free shipping for all your purchases over 149 TL across Turkey. For orders below 149 TL, the shipping fee is 14.90 TL.

 

Do I have to pay an extra fee for cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery service fee is only 6.90 TL. In addition to the shipping fee, the payment service fee at the door will be reflected in your orders.

 

When will my cargo arrive?

After your order is shipped, it will be delivered to your address with KAGOIST within 1-5 working days. Your delivery will be made within the first business day, as cargo companies do not work during public holidays and holidays.

 

How can I track my cargo?

For non-membership purchases, you can access the details of your order by clicking the non-membership order tracking at the bottom of the page and entering your order number or e-mail address. Membership orders are made with the "Where is my cargo" option in the "My Account", "My Orders" section.

 

Can I ship my order to a different address? Can you deliver the product to an address other than my billing address?

You can specify a different delivery address when placing your order. You must fill in your address information (address, street, neighborhood, avenue) in order for your delivery to be accurate and easy.

 

Which cargo company will my cargo with be sent?

We are working with KARGOIST company.

 

What days are the deliveries made? Is delivery available on public holidays?

Deliveries are made on weekdays within working days. Delivery is not possible on public holidays and on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

Can someone else pick up my package if I'm not at home at the time of delivery? What to do if there is no one at the time of delivery?

In our address delivery option, your package can be delivered to you or only to your immediate relatives. For security reasons, ID will be required and surname consistency is required. The signature of the person receiving your package will be requested at the delivery address. If there is no one at the address, the courier will try to reach you again. He or she may leave a card for you to pick up your package or reschedule a delivery date. Cargoes brought back to the branch must be received within 3 working days. Otherwise, the cargo will be returned to the exit branch within the knowledge of the sender.

 

Do you have overseas delivery?

We currently do not have international shipping. We are working to open it as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
